Pam Wineinger - RE/MAX Preferred REALTOR
Pam became a Realtor in 2004, and was previously a Service Advisor at automobile dealerships. Her past experience has taught her to really listen to her client's needs and concerns. Pam understands the benefits of treating Real Estate as an investment, but also understands that a home has a 'feeling' and that it is your home. Honest, hardworking, dedicated, energetic, are just some of the words people have used to describe Pam.
Charlie Wineinger - RE/MAX Preferred REALTOR
Charlie decided to pursue a career in real estate in the early spring of 2003 after spending several years as a loan originator in the Monroe County area. He has maintained that license and gathered a few designations along the way. Having been on both sides of the transactions he understands the needs of the buyer as well as the requirements of the banks.
While specializing as a buyer's agent he works primarily with first time buyers, investors, and move up buyers.
Pam and Charlie both do the majority of their business by referral and enjoy working with friends and family members of past clients. Working by referral allows them to have more time to work on their client's behalf, rather than cold calling or door knocking. If they enjoyed working with a past client, odds are good that they will also enjoy working with someone that the past client refers, which means they enjoy working with more of their clients than most Realtors.
